Securitas Electronic Security, Inc ("SES") continues to achieve tremendous success as a leader in security systems, solutions, and services for commercial and business clients across North America. In alignment with our strategic plans to grow our business with a focus on intelligent security services and leveraging people, technology and expertise in electronic security, SES seeks a key strategic leader to develop, implement and grow our service offerings to clients.

As the Director of Advanced Client Services for SES, you will work with leading technology partners and SES business and operations teams to identify, develop, commercialize, implement, and manage recurring revenue services offerings for all for SES sales channels. Additionally, you will play a key role in the Strategy and Business Development team working the Technology Evaluation/ Research, Marketing, Communications and Corporate Development/Training leaders and teams.

The measurement of your success in this leadership role will included the number of national launches of new and enhanced recurring monthly revenue (RMR) services, the new RMR generated from national RMR services programs/campaigns and the overall growth of RMR for Securitas Electronics Security in North America. Your compensation will include a competitive salary and attractive annual bonus program. Your ability to work independently and strength to collaborate with multi-functional business and operations teams is critical. Expertise in security sales, marketing and/or technology is highly beneficial.

Minimum Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Successful performance record in the electronic security RMR sales, product/solutions/services management and/or services marketing.
  • Demonstratable expertise in project, program, and people management
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in roles related to this position (sales, marketing, product/solutions/services management)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and public presentation/speaking
  • Thrives in face paced, deadline based and performance measured community of high-talent team-members
  • Strong proficiency in various spreadsheet and presentation programs
