Are you looking for an opportunity as a Director/Manager of Training and Development where you can play a key role in shaping and enhancing the training curriculum, oversee the placement and development of the training team members, support a large organization that values training initiatives and make a difference in the lives of thousands of employees? Primary Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and conduct engaging training experiences for employees that enable them and their teams to move the business forward through delivery modalities including classroom, virtual, self-study, app based, and video based.
• Oversees the content development, graphic composition, and audio/video structure of training materials in several multi-media formats to provide a variety of platform delivery solutions to ensure high impact learning.
• Responsible designing and developing learning systems and programs that align with the strategic initiatives of each company and the entire CSG enterprise, including enhancing existing programs such as the Executive Leadership Studio, Professional Women's Network, and companywide newsletter.
• Utilizes a formal, systematic process of identifying employee skill gaps at all levels of the organization, in collaboration with applicable business partners.
• Manage, lead, and grow a team of passionate learning and systems professionals who analyze, design, develop and implement learning solutions efficiently.
• Supervises and ensures app function, development/maintenance for Android and iOS systems, video production and editing, voice over work, and graphic design for marketing, training and presentation materials for customer and department use.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends as they relate to learning and development and continuously look for ways to innovate, making recommendations to enhance curriculum, leveraging digital technology, and maximizing the development of training delivery on small and large scales.
• Optimizes processes and identifies problems, generates and evaluates alternatives, makes recommendations, and analyzes strengths and weaknesses of various solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Collaborate and communicate with central leadership, regional operations, and project team to ensure training strategies and programs are understood, leveraged, and applicable for a diverse workforce population to further strategic alignment and organizational goals.
• Perform special projects and complete all other duties, as assigned, for the general support of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, plus a minimum of 10 years progressive work experience in a multi-site environment, supporting multiple lines of business and similar job responsibilities.
• Knowledge of training software including but not limited to Adobe Design Software, Camtasia, SharePoint \u0026ndash; or comparative systems.
• Excellent communication skills \u0026ndash; interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 50% or based on business necessity.
