Position Details

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) interact and support our individuals in a variety of potential settings and provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every individual served by assisting and training them in the areas of personal care, communication, and social skill development.

• Must have a High School diploma / GED.

• Must have at least 6 months of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities experience in a group home or residential setting.

• College degree in Human Service Field or related will be considered, without 6 months of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities experience.

• Prefer Autism experience.

• Must have a valid Driver License with reliable transportation.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
