The DevOps Engineer will bring 5+ years of experience working within agile teams creating and delivering quality software, as well as strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities. The DevOps Engineer is flexible and highly adaptable to changes in development infrastructure and new technology standards and must strive to make improvements.

Contributions will include software development process improvement, continuous integration and continuous deployment implementations, ruthless automation, and development team technical support. Basic knowledge of software configuration management and basic understanding of software development tools is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Guide teams in designing, building, testing and deploying changes to existing software
2. Enhance the company's IT infrastructure security protocols
3. Identify manual processes that can be automated
4. Consider the organization's entire IT infrastructure when making changes and improvements
5. Maintain and improve the company's cloud infrastructure
6. Provide guidance on new technologies and continuous improvement in best practices
7. Providing technical expertise to architects, analysts, and other developers
8. Researching, implementation and development of software development tools
9. Assisting in the deployment of TSI products and services
10. Creating, improving and maintaining documentation
11. Providing training to support development processes and tools

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience working within agile teams
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Experience with CI/CD implementations

Desired Skills:

• Google Cloud Certification strongly preferred
• Node.js experience nice to have
• Golang experience nice to have
