Required: Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility

Description:

Provide hands-on system administration support, system maintenance and operations support. Recommend software and hardware enhancements. Build, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure up-grades. Diagnose and correct computer systems issues. Provide Enterprise Operations and Datacenter support services for desktops, servers, and peripherals.

Qualification/Education:

• Proven experience in desktop administration
• Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)
• Requires 5 to 8 years related experience with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
• ITIL Foundations certification desired
