Must Haves: PC/Windows, Outlook, O365, Imaging, strong customer service experience, positive attitude, and great communication with Jim and his team.

Day to Day:
This person will be supporting about 400 internal employees from walkups (when in office) and over the phone/email.
He will also ask for help support some end users globally.
Majority of tickets is simple password resets, imaging issues at a basic tier 2 level
In Richmond, IN they are primarily Windows
They will be required to go onsite on a 2 week rotation. So for two weeks, they will be remote, then the next two weeks they will be hybrid with 2-3 days a week onsite
