Beacon Hill Technologies is looking for a Desktop Technician with a passion for customer service and willingness to learn and grow in their career. Our ideal candidate must have their A+ certification, and strong end user expectation management. This role will be responsible for responding to various technical service requests in an enterprise level environment.

Required Skills:
At least 1 year of hands on technical support experience
A+ certification is required
Experience installing hardware and software
Strong customer service experience and deskside manners
Experience working with a ticketing system
Experience troubleshooting printers, tablets, desktops and mobile phones, PCs, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff level to C-level professionals


Desired Skills:
Experience working in a hospital setting would be ideal
Self-starter with a strong aptitude to learn
Passion for customer service
Personable demeanor-will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
