Adecco is working with a local Solar and Roofing Company in Sacramento to find an experienced Design Admin Assistant to join their growing solar division team. The position is in West Sacramento and is a Full-Time Direct Hire opportunity! Pay range is $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
The Design Admin Assistant will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the New Construction Design and Project Management Teams. This person must be well organized, detail oriented and excel when collaborating and communicating with colleagues.
Responsibilities:

  • The NC Administrator will be a bridge between our Design Partners and Project Management team to facilitate smooth completion of design tasks.
  • Review New Construction job tracker for candidate projects to send to our design partners.
  • Collect and upload information required by our Design partners to complete New Construction Rough-in and Permit plan sets.
  • Receive and review completed plan sets for accuracy and completion.
  • Communicate timelines and Design Partner priorities to Project Managers.
    • Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years office or clerical experience.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Previous experience with construction documentation preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, attention to detail.
