The Delivery Clerk is a support staff position responsible to the Campus Safety and Operations Purchasing and Receiving Supervisor for the delivery of all material on and off campus. Additional functions of the position include assisting the Shipping and Receiving Clerk and the Buildings and Grounds staff.

Pick up and deliver mail from Sugar Grove Post Office.

Pick up and deliver office supplies, UPS shipments and other materials to the Plano campus.Assist with deliveries to the Aurora Downtown and Aurora Fox Valley campuses, when needed.

Deliver telecommunications materials to participating locations.

Assist with set ups for various functions.

Assist with all aspects of the College's shipping and receiving functions.

Participate in "in-service" training as assigned.

Assist Campus Safety and Operations staff when needed.

Perform a variety of other duties as assigned by Campus Safety and Operations Purchasing and Receiving Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. required.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Possess organizational skills for delivery procedures.
