The analyst will be joining a large dynamic research environment in the genetics and aging research unit (Research).
The candidate will work with several large biobanks and AD-specific cohorts with multiple omics data and EHR available to investigate risk and protective genetic factors of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and aging. The Data Scientist will perform the following tasks: Data processing and curation, quality control, conduct data analysis and interpret computational research experiments. Additionally, he will develop machine learning models from different data modalities, such as imaging, EHR, omics. Our goal is to improve early detection of AD and identify protective mechanisms which allow individuals to develop resistance against AD.
