Description

The Data Profile Analyst 2 will be a part of the Test Data Management team. This team is responsible for ensuring highly compliant and reliable test data to all testers across the enterprise. The Test Data Management team works closely with every IT Team and has insight into the data used in every application.

Responsibilities

Humana is seeking a Data Profile Analyst 2 that will support the data profiling efforts necessary for de-identification of sensitive data. This Data Profiler will analyze data and determine fields that are sensitive and must be protected to ensure compliant data across the organization. Creating reports, summaries, and presentations to support business strategy and tactics are part of the role. You would be responsible for data extraction, interpretation, and understanding of data across all business segments. Use supervised and unsupervised machine learning to develop models that help solve business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Works with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights for our marketing partners.
  
• Demonstrates strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on marketing campaign support
  
• Mines, cleans and analyzes data from company databases and external data sources to build prediction of marketing goals, report on campaign performance over time by each channel.
  
• Develop custom machine learning models such as segmentation, multi touch attribution, churn models etc.
  
• Use predictive modeling to bring insights into Humana member experiences utilizing Regression, Random Forest, XG Boost models, clustering, text mining for revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
  
• Conduct a power analysis, do hypothesis testing, develop marketing A/B test design, support implementation of the tests and present the statistical findings of the test to our business partners.
  
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
  
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in data analytics
  
• 2-3 years of data analytics experience
  
• Training or experience in Statistics
  
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting
  
• Experience in using business analysis, and technology to transform high volumes of complex data into manageable pieces of work
  
• Possesses an understanding of department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
  
• Capable of making decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations
  
• Work with a diverse array of business partners and assist in requirements definition, project scoping, timeline management, and results documentation to ensure professional relationship management
  
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree
  
• Knowledge of Informatica Toolset
  
• Knowledge of various data stores: SQL, Oracle DB, Mongo DB
  
• Knowledge of Python and/or other exploratory data analysis technologies
  
• Hands on experience with Statistics
  
• Hands on experience with Machine Learning concepts
  
• Demonstrates ability to design and build complex data systems to support analytic and transactional applications
  
• Healthcare experience
  
• Passion for Information Technology
