ECS is seeking a Customer Support Specialist III to work in our Memphis, TN office.

ECS is looking for a Customer Support Specialist III (Informed Delivery) who researches and resolves disputes and communicates resolution to customers while ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

T his position will perform and have the following duties, roles, and / or responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer issues via phone, chat and email
  • Respond to customer issues via phone, chat and email
  • Must build familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Reports to a supervisor or manager with limited supervision
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder and must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

  • Requires a High school diploma or 4-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision on issues and tasks required.
  • High degree of proficiency in computer skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills required.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Wide degree of creativity in improving existing processes is expected.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements.

Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Remedy or some other ticket tracking tool
  • Proficiency in support of electronic technology concepts

*This position is under SCA (Service Contract Act).
