Our company has scaled quickly over the past few years and we are in a stage of high-demand and continued growth. We are in need of a talented Customer Success Manager to join our diverse team and help drive business outcomes!

Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Job Type: Direct-hire / Permanent
Salary: $80K to $130K
Location: 100% REMOTE

What You Will Be Doing * Oversee post-sales engagement and growth of your client base.

* Identify opportunities to drive business outcomes and create expansion.

* Know your product and help our clients understand it.

* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, and educate them on the features and benefits of our platform.

* Work with urgency and balance priorities.

* Work cross-organizationally with multiple teams/individuals.

What You Need for this Position * Bachelor's degree preferred

* 3 to 5+ years of hands-on CSM experience

* Preferably experienced in fintech or financial services company with SaaS offerings

* High level of drive, motivation, and dedication to excellence

* Ability to think independently and problem solve "outside the box" when needed

* Proven track record of achieving targets and goals, preferably in a sales setting

Nice to have:

* Experience working in a high-growth software start-up

* Experience in consulting, pre-sales, technical account management, or similar

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, or many region-specific benefits.
