Customer Success Associate
Purpose of the role:
The Customer Success Associate is an entry level role responsible for ensuring our customers are maximizing the value of our products and solutions while providing support to promote retention, as well as expand our product portfolio with our clients. Our customers are Nursing and Allied Health programs at universities and college. Our products support faculty, students in an online learning environment to prepare them for real world careers in nursing and allied health fields. Our Products include: Hesi, Sherpath, Adaptive Quizzing, Simulations, and ebooks/books.
