Local Costa Mesa Tax company has 2 Customer Service openings.
We are looking for customer service reps that are patience, caring and empathy.
Onsite, Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
Duties:
Receive incoming calls from customers
Update customers information into the system
Must be detailed oriented and be able to connect with the customers
Must have a clear and understandable phone voice
Computer savvy in Word, Excel and data entry background is needed.
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
