Our long-term client in Vancouver, WA is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. This is an order fulfillment roles that requires the use of an ERP system, generating PO's, and sending quotes to clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting an existing client base with spare parts requirements throughout order fulfillment process
• Developing and maintaining positive client relationships
• Using an ERP system (Oracle)
• Sending out quotes to clients, generating PO's
• Answering invoice or pricing issues

What you bring to the table:

• 3 years of experience in a customer service support position preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems (Oracle a bonus)
• Knowledge of POs, order placement, and order fulfillment
