Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's amazing team in Shakopee, MN!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Direct calls to the correct department if necessary
- Answer product related questions
- Take orders and payments
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to handle high call volume
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Sage experience a plus but not required
