Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver courteous responses to customer inquiries and swiftly resolve issues during initial contact.
• Efficiently coordinate deliveries, installations, and service calls while providing customers with suitable options.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
• Effectively manage the route system.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information and assets.
• Cultivate positive communication with colleagues, departments, and dealerships to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assist in sales activities by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a call center or phone-based customer service role is beneficial.
• Openness to training to become a subject matter expert.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and documentation.
• Team player with a friendly attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Additional Information:

• Pay: $16-$18.50/hour + yearly bonus & commission
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
• Location: On-site in Stillwater, MN
