Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction. This role requires effective communication skills, empathy, and a dedication to delivering excellent service.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
-Listen attentively to customer concerns and address them in a timely manner.
-Build rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy and understanding
-Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
