Customer Service Assistant

Posting Summary:Provide information and assistance to students, faculty, staff, and visitors regarding the University's parking regulations and procedures. Provide office support and records maintenance with emphasis on customer service and public relations, for the Parking Services Office, a diverse working environment.
Actively engage in learning and practicing principles of social justice and inclusion, environmental sustainability and delivering great customer experience.
Associate's degree, one to three years customer service experience, and working knowledge of relevant software applications used to support office functions required. Requires effective database experience and keyboarding skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills for assisting a diverse population. Proven ability to function with confidentiality and attention to detail in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
Anticipated Pay Range:20.00-23.00/hr
