Description: Our client is currently seeking a Customer Consignment Inventory Associate.

Under the direction of the Manager, Customer Experience, candidate will be responsible for day-to-day customer experiences primarily in the area of Customer Consignment Inventory Management. Position will be the lead position responsible for the maintenance of customer consignment inventory, developing and implementing regular inventory audits of inventory held at customer locations and evaluate consigned inventory levels and utilization. Review, research, and resolve consigned inventory discrepancies with customer and field and internal representatives. Position will develop and execute Customer Consignment inventory policies include minimum, maximum and average stocking values for all customers. Will recommend adjustments to customer consignment inventory levels based on individual customer performance as measured by implant volume. Position will work closely with company Planning department to adjust go forward consignment kit configurations based on usage trends and new product introductions. Other activities include but are not limited to; field service and clinical team order entry and returns.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Monitor customer consignment inventory usage throughout Customer base ensuring timely recording of implant usage.

Efficiently and accurately transact all Consignment Inventory usage as communicated by Customers.

Establish standard stocking methodologies for Consignment Kits.

Working with Customer Experience Department develop restocking strategies upon usage notification.

Sales order entry and maintenance for commercial customers for usage replenishment.

Customer communication: Order acknowledgement, shipping confirmations, backorders, etc.

Maintain reporting and analytics ensuring consignment inventory balances are to plan.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior Consignment Inventory (Customer or Supplier) management skills with at least 3 years' experience.
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while paying close attention to details.
  • Proven track record with hands on ERP Systems in the areas of Customer Support and consignment inventory.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a customer support environment.
  • Experience working with consignment inventory and billing.
  • Working experience in a Medical Device environment, preferably a class III device.
  • Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system.
  • Inventory certifications, APICS accreditations highly desirable.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have multiple working knowledge of Excel and Word are expected to be on the Moderate to Expert level.
  • Knowledge of QAD ERP System highly desirable or equivalent ERP experience
