South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) seeks a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Custodial Manager.

The Custodial Manager reports to the Director of Facilities and is responsible for the management of the Custodial program for all of SPSCC. This person will mainly work on the Mottman campus but will be required to travel to the other SPSCC sites frequently.
Exercising discretion and independent judgment, this position is responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining a cohesive custodial department. Duties are performed independently and with minimal supervision or approval of supervisor. Individuals assigned to this position are expected to be proficient in the essential functions listed below and others of similar complexity in accordance with established custodial policies and procedures.
