Reporting to the Executive Chef, Nutrition Resources, this position is responsible for the preparation of various ingredients required in standardized recipes. Correct food handling as well as sanitary procedures in accordance with health regulatory standards are also integral to this position.
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Experience in pre-preparation of a variety of foods, including vegetables and meats is preferred.
3. Knowledge of basic mathematics and a high degree of accuracy for the weighing and measuring of ingredients is required.
4. Food Handler's Permit is preferred.
