Alfasigma USA is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Support Specialist / Receptionist who will be responsible for managing the integrity and validity of healthcare provider data maintained in our CRM database including data entry and updates.  The Receptionist duties include being the point person for employees and visitors at our Covington, LA location. The position will be responsible for executing the daily reception operations, providing a warm welcome to anyone entering the building, and providing any necessary support to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages processes to ensure changes to Healthcare Professionals (HCP's,) Territories, CRM and Master Data Management (MDM) received from the salesforce are handled timely and efficiently.
  • Maintains database integrity by updating and entering new records.
  • Researches and verifies HCP's license status and marks records accordingly.
  • Confirms state licenses, National Prescriber Identifier (NPI) numbers, and other data with various databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Manages the back-office processes for coordinating booths and literature for Trade Shows/Conventions.
  • Distributes leads from conventions, website and trade shows to the appropriate Sales Representatives.
  • Serves as receptionist, answers telephone and routes call promptly.  Greets and registers visitors in a professional friendly manner, notifying person(s) being visited.
  • Provides general information for visitors via phone or in person.
  • Ensures that meeting rooms and the reception area is presentable.
  • Answers telephone and routes calls promptly and appropriately; does not leave callers on “hold” and unattended for longer than 20 seconds.
  • Maintains delivery log, creates for incoming/outgoing parcels and creates shipping labels as required.
  • Maintains company’s phone directories, receptionist manual and primary contact for reserving conference rooms.
  • May provide other clerical support assigned by supervisor.
 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Excel computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Experience working  CRM and MDM systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with HCP information as related to CRM data entry preferred.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven customer service orientation combined with the ability to work well with sales teams.
