Job Title: Administrative Credit Clerk

Job Description:

Our client in Lake Worth is seeking an Administrative Credit Clerk to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support within the credit department, ensuring accurate communication with customers to assess creditworthiness.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review completed credit applications meticulously to ensure accuracy.
• Proofread letters and documents from applicants before submission to the Credit Manager for approval.
• Respond promptly to all credit information requests on existing or past accounts.
• Generate comprehensive monthly reports to track changes in credit status.
• Handle inbound calls from drivers, sales representatives, and customers, updating account details as needed.
• Assist drivers in resolving issues to facilitate smooth delivery processes.
• Gather, input, and organize tax exempt information from customers for billing purposes.
• Process credit card payments for orders and release them promptly.
• Provide valuable support to Credit Representatives with various clerical tasks, including scanning, faxing, and research.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
