We are looking for a talented, team centric Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team! VCA Miller Robertson in beautiful West Hollywood CA is hiring now!

RVT certification is required. Responsibilities require proficiency in Phlebotomy, IV Catheter Placement as well as Surgical, Dental, and Anesthesia experience. The ideal candidate will also possess great client communication skills, attention to detail and a desire to work in a great team atmosphere.

Essential job expectations including, but not limited to:

* Venipuncture

* Catheter placement

* Radiology

* Anesthesia monitoring

* Physical examinations and patient assessment

* Surgical preparation and assisting

* Dentistry

* Laboratory work

* Pharmacy

* Patient recovery

* Compassionate care for hospitalized patients

Qualified Candidates will have:

* Must have documented previous Animal Hospital experience

* Hold a current California RVT license

* Must have surgery and dentistry experience

* Flexibility in hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Customer service skills including Phone skills

* Working knowledge of computers

* Excellent communications skills

* Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments

Benefits: VCA Animal Hospitals offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, pet care discounts, paid vacation, holidays and sick days, health and well-being programs that provide resources and training.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $24 to $30 per hour.
