Job Duties

  • Create and implement proactive candidate-generation strategies to fill multiple positions simultaneously
  • Identify and engage effective recruitment sources, with a focus on building a diverse applicant pipeline using databases, social media, job boards, and other channels.
  • Analyze and track job posting and sourcing success rates, documenting findings for review and improvement.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and provide high-quality recommendations for Manager review.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and collaborate effectively on filling open positions.
  • Manage the candidate process flow using an Applicant Tracking System, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience from initial contact to hire.
  • Develop and maintain job postings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment and hiring process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/HR related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in high volume, fast paced settings
  • Proven capability to interact with and support leadership
  • Quick adaptability and flexibility to evolving business requirements
  • Strong multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, etc.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

Additional Information:
  • Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000/yr.
  • Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri.
  • Type: Direct Hire
