Beacon Hill is partnering with an AmLaw 100 firm in their search for Corporate M&A associate to join their expanding practice group in Denver. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' Mergers & Acquistions experience, preferably in the insurance sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on various transactions, including mergers, acquistions, conversions, reinsurance, and other restructuring transactions. While prior experience in insurance is great, the firm is open to candidates that would be willing to retool to the insurance sector.
