Rate: 60-69/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Identity Design Director to lead the development of a scalable global identity system that effectively communicates our brand's values and resonates with our target high-value audiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand into all aspects of the business, fostering a unified brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a Scalable Global Identity System: Lead the continued development of a cohesive and scalable identity system, including leading photoshoots, illustration development, and creating templates and guidelines.
• Ensure Global Scalability: Ensure that the identity system is globally scalable and adaptable to various mediums and channels, maintaining consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand into all aspects of the business, fostering a unified brand experience.
• Apply Design-thinking Methodology: Apply design-thinking methodology to all brand development processes to ensure a flexible and scalable system.
• Continuously Evaluate and Evolve Design Systems: Continuously evaluate and evolve our design systems to remain competitive and relevant in a rapidly changing landscape.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects that answer business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite design programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and Figma.
• Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Proven experience building brands with a focus on developing and implementing global identity systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand development, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence in design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
