Purpose



Contract/Subcontract Admin:



Bare rental contracts:


* Check emails in a timely manner.
* Communicate with sales team and dispatch.
* Keep detailed and up to date digital and physical records.


* Requires basic use of excel.
* Organized, self starter.
* Generate contracts using Unity legal software.


* Basic fill in forms and word document formatting
* Effectively communication via email to request contract signature and insurance documents.
* Review insurance documents to ensure that they meet our list of requirements.


* Checklist provided.
* Effectively communicate with customers via email or phone call to request revisions if necessary.

Subcontracts for legal review:


* Utilize unity legal software to upload and send documents to legal team for review.
* Review legal contracts for any specific billing instructions and relay those to billing team.
* Review legal contracts for insurance requests and request COI for customer.
* Communicate legal changes to customers via email.
* Request signatures from Reginal Vice President.
