I. Summary

Cotton is searching for an experienced Recruiter who specializes in identifying top talent for project work. The position will help Cotton hire all labor needed to recover commercial property at a rapid pace due to Hurricane Ian.

II. Major Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process (source, screen, interview, job offer and hire qualified candidates).

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards.

• Work with talent acquisition manager and team to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood.

• Work closely with the talent acquisition manager to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.

• Manage all information in Applicant Tracking Software or any other reporting requirements.

• Regular follow-up with the department team lead and candidate to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.

III. Background Requirements:

• Proven success in recruiting and placing passive candidates.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience.

• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.

• Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.

• Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as job boards and ATS.

Education:

• High school diploma, 1+ years of college preferred

Experience:

• Two (2) years of full cycle experience in a high-volume or highly skilled industry and high pace turnaround

Skills:

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
