In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the regional Global Business Services (GBS) Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist by providing expert guidance in Lean/Six Sigma
  • Coaching process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and insight
  • Teaching and coaching continuous improvement to adopt the CI mindset in the regional GBS organization by providing expert guidance of management systems (visual management, standard work, leader standard work), four step problem solving (PDCA - Plan, Do, Check, & Act) and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, & Control) - Project Execution
  • Delivering CI Foundation Training Program (Lean/Sigma) Certification Program (Six Sigma - DMAIC) to the delivery center staff
  • Working closely with business process teams
  • Supporting the Global Process Owners in transformation roadmap related to process standardization
  • Managing project aiming to improve process or business unit performance

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years' experience in a professional business subject or relevant professional business process experience
  • 2+ years of Continuous Improvement experience
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Process Mining and Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Celonis, etc.)
  • Power Platform knowledge - Preferred
  • Proficiency in any programming language - Preferred
  • Lean and Green Belt Six Sigma Certification with project experience - Preferred
  • Robotics Process Automation knowledge (process design or technical experience with Blue Prism) - Preferred
