Columbia Forest Products, North America’s largest manufacturer of hardwood plywood and hardwood veneer products, is searching for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team! The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for managing, training, implementing and sustaining improvement activities at the facility. As the on-site leader of the continuous improvement program, this person will be responsible for working with operators, support staff and management to develop and implement the Columbia Way methodology and system. This person must be able to motivate others to utilize problem solving to drive effective countermeasures with a sense of urgency in order to accomplish objectives. This person will be required to develop a deep understanding of the Qualification Card Process and lean systems and tools to be able to train others to standard.
