Job Description:

Come help us create learning videos for our client portal, Datasite Assist, where clients learn how to use our products. This individual would be responsible for creating new videos as well as updating old or outdated existing videos. They would work alongside the training and content team to fill gaps in our video content so that we can guide users through each aspect of our products.

Accountabilities:

  • Own, design, and develop video learning projects simultaneously.
  • Create Digital Learning content to help clients understand the software including: Audio Work (Record, Edit, and Self-Edit Audio), Scripting/Storyboarding, Screenshots, Video Creation, Publishing.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to execute graphic and video projects and build strong cross functional relationships.
  • Record demonstrations and explanations on how to use various aspects of our software products to clients.
  • Project Management skills developing and executing projects with minimal supervision.
  • Review and measure outcomes of video content, then adjust the material as needed. Report regularly on project statuses and updates.

Qualifications:
  • College degree in instructional design, emphasizing video production training, or equivalent experience.
  • Required: 2+ years experience creating and editing learning or service-related videos.
  • Proficient in professional video recording and editing tools such as Adobe Captivate or Camtasia.
  • Video skills from pre-production through post - including storyboards, scriptwriting, and editing.
  • Must possess strong communication and technical skills.
  • Must have creativity, flexible thinking, good team awareness, and strong initiative.
  • Strong aptitude towards technology and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Must be able to work in a confidential environment.
  • Experience working with a SaaS product preferred.
