What you'll do

• You will report to the Senior Manager of Consulting and be responsible for assisting clients with understanding and optimizing CSG's product and solution functionality
• Provide consulting service for-fee to clients who need to address strategic business issues by identifying and enhancing product functionality, systems, technology, and operations
• Participate in the project consulting team
• Identify issues and assist to provide possible solutions
• Manage scope, internal/customer resources, deliverables, and timelines
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions performing gap analysis, system review, and data analysis
• Provide billing details for invoicing of assigned projects
• Assist on large-scale long-term projects
• Develop, coordinate internal resources and track/verify implementation efforts
• Manage indirect reports externally and internally
• Formulate team structure, develops project strategy, and resource management throughout the project
• Work with internal departments to generate sales leads
• Travel to customer sites up to 25%
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team relationship

• Bachelor's degree or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• 3 years of consulting experience in the B2B software technology or high-tech industry
• 2 years of Vantage experience or SQL experience a plus
• Experience with CRM, Billing, Order Management definition, configuration, implementation, or upgrade projects
• Broad knowledge of operational end-to-end solutions
• Excellent project management skills and client interfacing
• Experience with ACP, ACSR, and CCS Configuration

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$70,032.46-$112,052.76

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
