What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for all estimating functions that are required during preconstruction. You will be establishing the pre-construction budget with the building materials and labor cost. You will collaborating with project managers to ensure the bids are accurate. You will need to have a knowledge of contract types and deal structures.
