Our customer has an immediate need for a Configuration/Release Management resource. The application being supported is an Oracle based client/server application. The
candidate will be part of the CM/RM team with responsibility managing and tracking the versions of code between production, test and development environments.
Additional skills/experience desired:
· Understanding of CM role, CM control, responsibilities
· Comprehension of the SDLC
· Time Management and the ability to prioritize and organize task efficiently.
· Effective written and oral communication.
· Able to work with both management, developers, and external staff to ensure there is timely flow from each level of the SDLC and that the required artifacts are completed and archived per policy and procedure.
· Able to perform well under high levels of stress.
· Analytical with a high degree of attention to detail.
· Knowledge of batch file processing
