About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to partner with plan administrators across the organization to process incentive payments and provide general support to the compensation team.

Essential Functions

  • Administer incentive plan payments and manage incentive centralized email box
  • Manage compensation inquiries from team members and provide timely responses
  • Review offer letters and ensure appropriate information is disseminated and processed
  • Create and update job profiles as requested and assist in reviewing job descriptions
  • Manage monthly stock grant process and hiring range spreadsheet
  • Coordinate and help participate in annual salary survey process; compile survey list, complete surveys, track submissions, data received and payments
  • Conduct routine audits, communicate and resolve any findings
  • Assist with compensation programs and processes as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Ability and desire to learn compensation best practices and processes
  • Basic knowledge or ability to learn applicable employment laws, including FLSA
  • Ability to ask questions, offer solutions, retain information and apply details to future situations
  • Intermediate ability to research and partner with team members to find accurate information
  • Proactive in finding ways to assist team members and streamline processes
  • Ability to lead small projects
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 1+ years general Human Resources or related experience required
