Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Communication Representative for one of our top clients in Mesa Arizona
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinates and processes all codes, emergencies and responses for several facilities
- Provides quality customer service and accurate information to internal and external customers
- Responds to all incoming, outgoing, and interdepartmental calls
- Understands and appropriately utilizes all emergency backup equipment and procedures to maintain facility communications in the event of equipment or system failures
- High school diploma or equivalent working knowledge
- Good oral and written communication
- Basic computer skills including
- Must be able to prioritize and make sound decisions following department policies
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
