As a Closing Specialist, you will manage the compliance and fees associated with the loan process from application through closing, ensuring timeliness accuracy and completeness with all applicable loan documents in order to finalize the closing transaction.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

• Accurately complete and send required compliance disclosures within set timelines
  
• Effectively manage a pipeline of loans from application through closing within required turn times and quality standards.
  
• Effectively communicate with loan team (LO, UW, LC, CL) and 3rd party vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and conveying any information that may adversely affect the loan closing on time
  
• Perform quality control analysis.
  
• Coordinate with Closing Agent to ensure accurate Closing Disclosure (CD).
  
• Draft closing documents and create closing package
  
• Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and processes.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.
