Compensation: $20.98/hourly

The Clinical Team Data Analyst provides data management and data analysis support to clinical team program management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Partner with clinical management team to maximize data use in program management including adherence to applicable standards and quality client care
• Maintain and update an access database for program management, including anticipated levels of care, status, etc.
• Create and distribute clinical management reports to guide programs to efficiently track due dates, unusual rates of service delivery, anticipated discharges, etc.
• Generate reports for auditing purposes and help evaluate such to identify clinical program areas of concern and potential for improvement
• Outline a system for clinical staff to track day to day responsibilities
• Outline a system for monthly clinical staff “dashboard” performance reports
• Document and update processes for ongoing management of reports
• Other duties as assigned

 

• High School/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
