Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an LMHC Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Health Network's Valley Human Services Clinic, located in Ware, MA. Supervisors provide clinical consultations with supervisees, and perform other supervisory duties, including reviewing and approving supervisees\' documentation, orienting new staff to all aspects of their clinical work, and documenting supervisory encounters. Clinical Supervisors also maintain a direct service caseload using evidence-based, person-centered practices to address the needs of individuals, couples, and families in Ware. Clinical Supervisors work collaboratively with other leaders across BHN programs to maintain the quality of BHN services They participate in weekly clinical team meetings and ensure that staff understand and abide by BHN policies and procedures

*** This position offers a \$2500 sign-on bonus.***

Clinical Supervisors at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in related field (required)
• LMHC +3 years post-licensure experience (required. LICSW, etc needed in other sites)
• Experience or interest in implementing evidence-based models of treatment.
• Three to five years of clinical and administrative supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc,) email, telehealth platform(s)
• Experience providing clinical care to individuals of all ages (preferred).
