Use your clinical leadership skills to supervise the clinical treatment team for a local population at Behavioral Health Network!

Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Supervisor in the Unity Place program at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Unity Place program with the following:

• Overseeing clinical programming and providing milieu management.
• Providing direct and clinical supervision to program staff.
• Providing psycho-educational groups and oversight of group schedule.
• Attending and facilitating clinical staff meetings and weekly treatment team meetings.
• Performing assessments and chart reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with DPH standards.
• Maintaining individual caseload and oversees caseload management for other staff.
• Maintaining program wait list and conducts pre-admission assessments to determine program eligibility.
• Ensuring the program adheres to clinical and other regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
• Collaborating with the Program Director to ensure quality of services and identify staffing needs, recruits, screens, and hires program staff.
• Providing effective ongoing evaluation of program performance, staff, and instituting appropriate discipline as needed.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?

• Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
• Master's Degree in related field (required).
• At least five years' experience in the Human Services field (required).
• At least two years supervisory experience (required).
• LADC I or LICSW equivalent (required).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• A working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations (required).
• Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
• On-call availability (required).
