Clinical Manager (Center-Based)

Mission:

Provide center-based clinical and operational leadership and oversee the best practice implementation of behavior analytic treatment in line with skinners analysis of verbal behavior for the cluster of children we will serve.

Job Description/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and Mentor a team of BCBA's and ABA Therapists specific to clinical activity within each cluster of children
  • Provide effective supervision with tangible outcomes to clinical supervisors within each cluster of children
  • Provide Supervisors with weekly performance feedback on areas of strength and need
  • Support intake assessments, functional behavioral assessments, and ensure all reports are written within a manner consistent with guidelines
  • Interface with designated service providers, staff, parents/caregivers, and other related professionals to consult on child-related issues
  • Oversee monthly behavior skills training
  • Oversee monthly parent education series
  • Provide a minimum of  20 treatment hours per week
  • Analyze and optimize center treatment outcomes
  • Support relevant metrics to maintain a healthy business including profit and loss (P&L) oversight

Position Location: 

Fall River, Massachusetts

Required Qualifications:  

  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with at least three (3) years of BCBA experience
  • A background providing services primarily for children 18 months - K-8
  • Experience designing and implementing programs for children with an autism spectrum disorder using all established ABA methodologies

 Education/Certifications Required:

 

  • Master' Degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA and/or LABA Certification

Beneficial Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution
  • Program/department management experience
  • Budget and P&L experience

Reports to:  Senior Regional Clinical Director

Number of Direct Reports: 4
