Our client is seeking a freelance Client Services Rep to join their growing agency team. This is a unique opportunity to work hand in hand with the Chief Strategy Officer supporting accounts. The ideal candidate will thrive in chaos, and be proficient at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:


Remain in close communication with clients to understand and address their needs
Liaise with clients to organize timelines, deliverables, and communications
Participate and contribute to building brand strategy for assigned clients
Collaborate with colleagues to design creative campaigns or other projects according to the standards discussed with clients
Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients


Requirements:


2+ years in a client facing role within an Advertising Agency
Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries
A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
