Marsh & McLennan Agency is looking for an individual with retirement services experience, preferably in the Defined Contribution / 401(k) Plan sector. Our client base is growing rapidly, and we are looking for someone who can help us grow while maintaining a great relationship and service excellence with our clients. This role would support a client consultant maintain existing clients as well as onboard new business. Responsibilities include working closely with the assigned Client Advisor and clients to form effective business relationships through proactive client service and business development initiatives. Additionally, the Client Service Representative will provide support to the internal team by maintaining the organization's client management system for the specified clients.

Successful candidates have possessed the following skills:

• Extremely high desire to provide excellent customer service - someone who thoroughly enjoys servicing clients and proactively growing client relationships.
• Act as primary contact for all day-to-day service issues and other inquiries for all assigned clients; act as liaison between client and vendors to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop effective business relationships with assigned clients through in-person visits, entertainment opportunities, telephone and electronic contact at multiple levels within client organization.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; College degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working in customer service or financial services preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively service customers.
• Must be a self-starter and have ability to multi-task, be detailed and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle competing priorities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with client relationship building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 3 days a week (potential overnights)to meet with clients; mileage and expenses reimbursed.
