ARI is currently looking for a Client Administrator, Driver Contact Center. The position is currently remote with possibility of a hybrid work environment in the future.

In this role you would be:

  • Liaison between our client's drivers and ARI, coordinating resolutions and supporting driver inquiries
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of clients' drivers:
  • Answer all incoming calls, emails and live chats with driver's concerns
  • Manage client and driver vehicle information, database updates, administration and some client mail outs
  • Collaborate with the Account Team and other ARI departments as well as external parties to respond to driver inquiries

What we are looking for:
  • 1-3 years client service experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and desire to create raving fans
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, organization and attention to detail
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Willing to work flexible hours to support client requirements
