Position Summary: The Resolutions Specialists/Analysis team reviews and resolves student records, initiates investigations for missing material, reviews test day incidents and other test program required functions by performing manual score calculations, interpreting irregularity reports, applying/removing score holds, resolving edit errors and hand scoring. In addition, the Resolutions Specialist position performs other tasks critical to production workflow such as test material reconciliation, test taker record maintenance, billing account updates, and responding to cases from customer inquiries.
Job Description:

Follow documented processes and assure initial processing of work units is performed to standards

Review rejected answer sheets and perform analysis to ensure scores are accurately calculated and applied

Report process issues or production errors to internal Reso management.

Identify deviations to established processes and process errors

Education/Other Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent is required

Investigate or research issues

Analysis experience to determine best result

Effective communication to report solutions or findings

Quality Control to ensure accurate collection and reporting of information

Documentation to provide updates to procedures
