Job Description:

• Process suspended medical claims, adjustments, and voids within established guidelines
• Escalate issues for which there is not a documented procedure or precedent
• Maintain performance within defined qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Familiarity with different claim types, such as diagnosis code, medical supplies, medical transportation, procedure code, and medical device is preferred

Experience: 2 - 4 years medical claims processing preferred

Education: High school or equivalent
