Supports the development of the overall change management strategy, communication plan, training plan, and transition plan for change management initiatives. Builds the change management practice by contributing to methodology, assets, knowledge sharing, and developing talent. Works with assigned sponsors, business owners, and/or project managers to define specific stakeholder groups and impacts required for success. Develops, administers, manages, and maintains department's intranet site on the SharePoint platform, with accurate and relevant information. Works closely with project managers to integrate change management plans and deliverables and coordinate roadmap planning. Identifies and analyzes changes in business workflows. Partners with communication, training, HR and OD specialists to create particular plans and activities to support project implementation.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Works with assigned clients to define specific stakeholder groups and impacts required for success. Consults with clients and end-users to identify and analyze the change in business workflows. Identifies and manages anticipated resistance to change. Assists in developing and implementing change management plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Supports the implementation and management of assessments, and the activities associated with change readiness. Applies change management processes and tools to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative. Supports training efforts by assessing needs, documenting requirements, providing input on the design and delivery, and facilitating sessions as needed. Develops and implements measures that track progress, outcomes, and benefits realization. Supports the integration of change management discipline into project management practices. Assists with the creation of Change Management communications and activities to support continuous engagement and participation to improve customer experience. Supports Change Management and business leaders to develop a case for change, vision statement, initial impact assessment and change roadmap for projects. Follows documented and agreed measurement & reinforcement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes, and achievement of business outcomes. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Certification and Licensing:
PROSCI Change Management Certification Preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
